Senior Digital Media Manager

Our client, a full-stack agency working with some of the fastest-growing eCommerce brands, is seeking an expert in Meta ad campaigns who can craft innovative strategies and optimize performance.

Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do

As the Senior Digital Media Manager, you will develop and execute media strategies across Meta and other platforms to maximize results for various clients. Your role will involve leading digital marketing efforts with a focus on conversions, ROI, and strategic insights.

  1. Lead Media Strategy and Execution:
    • Manage large-scale Meta ad campaigns with a monthly spend of $150,000+, ensuring alignment with client goals.
    • Optimize performance to drive conversions and meet key performance metrics.
  2. Develop Comprehensive Media Plans:
    • Create and manage budgets, audience targeting, and creative strategies to achieve maximum campaign impact.
  3. Monitor and Analyze Campaigns:
    • Track key performance metrics, conduct detailed data analysis, and recommend actionable improvements.
    • Use insights to make data-driven decisions and refine campaign strategies.
  4. Collaborate with Creative Teams:
    • Work with the creative team to produce compelling ad content that engages target audiences.
    • Offer feedback on ad creatives to enhance performance.
  5. Research and Stay Ahead of Trends:
    • Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and new advertising platforms.
    • Use emerging trends to optimize client campaigns.
  6. Build Client Relationships:
    • Maintain strong partnerships with clients, providing regular campaign updates and insights.
  7. Mentor Junior Media Buyers:
    • Assist in the recruitment, training, and mentoring of junior media buyers, fostering a growth-driven environment.

Who You Are – Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a strategic thinker with deep knowledge of digital media buying and performance marketing. You should have a passion for eCommerce, exceptional analytical abilities, and the drive to succeed.

Must-Have Requirements:

  • Proven success managing over $150,000 in monthly ad spend on Meta platforms.
  • Experience in media buying for eCommerce products priced at $300 or more.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and recommend improvements.
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to work remotely within the 9 AM – 5 PM PST time zone.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience managing campaigns on other platforms such as Google Ads, TikTok, or Snapchat.
  • Familiarity with ad creative best practices and the ability to provide insightful feedback.
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing and partnership strategies.
