Sales Specialist

Hästens Toronto, a proud member of a family-owned Swedish bed manufacturing legacy established in 1852, is searching for a dynamic Sales Specialist to join our team. Located in Downtown Toronto, we are dedicated to offering luxury comfort and quality sleep through our handcrafted mattresses made from all-natural materials. Responsibilities

As a Sales Specialist at Hästens Toronto, your main responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing Exceptional Customer Service: Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products to enhance their sleep experience.
  2. Driving Sales: Utilize your sales skills to meet and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-up with potential clients.
  3. Conducting Product Training: Educate customers and team members about our product features, benefits, and the craftsmanship behind Hästens mattresses.
  4. Managing Sales Operations: Handle inventory, process orders, and ensure an organized sales floor to create a welcoming environment for our clients.
  5. Enhancing the Customer Experience: Actively seek feedback to continuously improve service and tailor offerings to meet customer expectations.

This role requires a proactive approach, and other related tasks may be assigned based on business needs.
