Responsibilities
In your role as a Product Operations Educator, you will have a variety of responsibilities, including:
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain the inventory workspace to ensure efficiency and safety. You will execute the inventory processing plan, which includes conducting accurate RFID inventory counts.
- Product Handling: Receive, sort, and display new product deliveries. You’ll ensure everything is folded, sorted, and hung properly to maximize space and productivity.
- Guest Interaction: Support our guests on the retail floor by providing excellent service or connecting them with other team members to enhance their experience.
- Store Presentation: Adjust product displays and restock items daily to keep the store organized and visually appealing.
- Omnichannel Support: Assist in executing programs such as buy online/pickup in-store and ship-from-store, following company standards.
- Team Environment: Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team atmosphere, ensuring that all team members and guests feel supported and engaged.
- Technology Utilization: Use in-store technology to enhance store operations and improve guest interactions.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Transportation: Ability to travel to the assigned store with reliable transportation.
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail or inventory management is a plus but not required.
