MeadowBrook is on the lookout for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our vibrant sales team in Mississauga, ON. This full-time role offers a starting pay of CA$25/hr and provides an exciting opportunity for entry-level candidates eager to kickstart their careers in sales. As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll play a crucial role in prospecting new clients, managing sales pipelines, and supporting our Outside Sales Team with their projects. Key Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll focus on several core areas:
Prospecting and Lead Generation
- Make outgoing calls to our prospective client database to set up introductory meetings for the Outside Sales Team.
- Identify new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups and proactive outbound calls and emails.
Pipeline Management
- Gather and record client needs to build a comprehensive understanding of their requirements.
- Update and maintain our client database using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
- Keep accurate records of all interactions with leads and customers in the CRM system.
- Prioritize the sales pipeline to ensure timely follow-ups with potential clients.
Product Knowledge
- Research accounts to identify key decision-makers and generate interest in our products and services.
- Develop a thorough understanding of MeadowBrook’s offerings and how they meet client needs.
- Stay informed about industry trends to effectively communicate our value proposition to clients.
Proposal Generation
- Create compelling proposals tailored to potential clients, showcasing how our services can benefit them.
- Collaborate with the Outside Sales Team to ensure proposals meet specific client requirements.
- Align proposals with the company’s capabilities and pricing structures.
Negotiation and Closing
- Route qualified leads to the appropriate Outside Sales Representative for further engagement and negotiation.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
- Previous inside sales experience is a plus but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a consultative and strategic approach.
- Customer service-oriented mindset that focuses on client satisfaction.
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to adapt sales strategies as needed.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications.
