ServiceNow Developer – Diverse Lynx

Key Responsibilities

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will play a critical role in the success of our projects. Your responsibilities will include:

  • ServiceNow Development: Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions to meet client needs, ensuring high-quality delivery.
  • Integration and Implementation: Manage the integration of ServiceNow with various enterprise-level applications, ensuring seamless functionality and performance.
  • Technical Expertise: Utilize your strong programming skills in Java, JavaScript, HTML, and XML to create custom applications and workflows within ServiceNow.
  • Lifecycle Management: Oversee two full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations, acting as a lead consultant to guide project teams through each phase.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and project managers, to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation to support project deliverables and knowledge sharing.
  • Best Practices: Promote best practices for ServiceNow development and implementation, ensuring compliance with ITIL and ITSM standards.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates should have:

  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, including enterprise-level implementations and integrations.
  • Programming Skills: Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, HTML, and XML; technical strength is essential for this role.
  • Certifications: ITSM, ITOM, and ITIL certifications are preferred but not required.
  • Full Lifecycle Implementation: Demonstrated experience leading two large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to tackle complex challenges effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders.
