Marketing Consultant – DPA Assurances (Hybrid Role)

Join us as a Marketing and Communications Consultant in our hybrid work model. Work remotely or from one of our offices in St-Hyacinthe, Longueuil, or Drummondville. This full-time, permanent role puts you at the forefront of digital initiatives, managing social media platforms, websites, and innovative projects – all while exploring the latest in AI and marketing trends.

Key Responsibilities

A typical day as a Marketing Consultant with DPA Assurances might include:

  • Managing and Animating Social Media Accounts: Lead our brand’s presence across platforms by creating engaging posts and responding to interactions.
  • Designing and Implementing Marketing Strategies: Develop digital and internal communication strategies to promote brand visibility.
  • Maintaining and Enhancing the Company Website: Ensure the website stays updated, optimized, and aligned with current campaigns.
  • Exploring AI Solutions: Identify ways to incorporate AI tools into marketing efforts to increase efficiency.
  • Planning Events: Organize and coordinate events that promote our services to clients and partners.
  • Building Partnerships: Work closely with associations and partners to grow networks and manage relationships effectively.
  • Creating High-Impact Content: Produce engaging content across various platforms and measure campaign performance to refine future strategies.
  • Participating in Company Events: Represent DPA Assurances at industry events to increase visibility.
  • Analyzing Performance Reports: Use analytics to evaluate campaign success and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Collaborating with Teams: Bring your creative input to brainstorming sessions and campaign planning.

Qualifications

We’re looking for a creative and proactive marketing expert who loves working with digital tools and technology. To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar marketing position.
  • A passion for digital marketing with a strong creative mindset.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Interest in new technologies and trends in marketing.
  • Social media management experience and comfort organizing events.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
  • Passion, determination, and the willingness to go the extra mile!
  • Bilingual skills in English are a bonus 😊.
