Project Coordinator

With 50 years of experience, we specialize in developing client-focused concepts across various design disciplines, including Architecture, Interior Design, and Experiential Graphic Design. What You Will Do
As a Project Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our project teams, helping to streamline processes and support project delivery. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating Communication: Act as the main link between clients, general contractors, consultants, and internal project teams to ensure everyone is on the same page.
  • Coordinating Meetings: Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and create presentations to facilitate effective collaboration among all project stakeholders.
  • Managing Documentation: Initiate and track the preparation of project plans, fee proposals, contract documents, and other relevant materials to keep projects organized.
  • Handling Digital Deliverables: Oversee digital file transfers, submissions, and coordinate printing and delivery of project materials as needed.
  • Sample Management: Request material samples from suppliers and prepare sample boards with guidance from team members.
  • Maintaining Databases: Consolidate all project documentation to keep accurate and up-to-date project records.
  • Improving Processes: Use your insights to enhance workflow processes, standards, and procedures.
  • Fostering Team Unity: Organize team and department meetings to promote collaboration and progress.

What You Will Bring
To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Education: A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, in any field.
  • Personal Qualities: A strong curiosity, enthusiasm, and confidence that will help you collaborate effectively and drive positive change.
  • Adaptability: The ability to learn quickly and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech Skills: A passion for technology and a willingness to leverage your tech skills for continuous growth.
  • Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Work Flexibility: Willingness to work in a hybrid model, with two days in the studio each week.
