Responsibilities
As the Administrative Assistant, your key duties will include:
- Customer Service: Serve as the first point of contact for both internal and external customers. This includes handling phone and in-person inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Clerical Duties: Perform tasks such as sorting and filing folders, managing vehicle information, and processing paperwork for both incoming and released vehicles.
- Data Entry: Accurately update and enter new information (vehicle data, registrations, etc.) into electronic systems in a timely manner.
- Sale Day Support: Assist with sale day activities, including the preparation of necessary documents and paperwork.
- General Office Tasks: Duties may also include ordering office supplies, distributing mail, processing courier materials, word processing, faxing, photocopying, and more.
- Process Orders and Assignments: Work on setting up new and maintaining existing records.
- Data Management: Assist with filtering and organizing data sets using Excel.

Qualifications
