Responsibilities:
In this role, your primary responsibilities will focus on delivering outstanding customer service, managing transactions, and promoting TD’s products and services:
- Financial Transactions:
- Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, and other services following TD’s guidelines and industry regulations.
- Maintain accuracy and confidentiality while handling sensitive customer information.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- At least 1 year of relevant customer service experience is preferred.
- An undergraduate degree in a related field is an asset but not required.
- Skills:
- Strong administrative and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet navigation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with customers clearly and effectively.
