As a Customer Experience Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for TD customers. Key Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll focus on delivering outstanding service while meeting customers’ banking needs. Below are your primary duties:
1. Process Transactions Efficiently
- Handle routine financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments while following TD’s standardized operating procedures and regulatory guidelines.
- Ensure accuracy and security in every transaction to maintain customer trust.
2. Understand and Address Customer Needs
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions, whether it’s advising on a new product or referring them to a specialist.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or at least 1+ year of relevant experience (customer service experience is an asset).
- Strong administrative, organizational, and time management skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic internet usage.
