Key Responsibilities

Your role as a Retail Store Associate will include a variety of tasks, such as:

1. Customer Service:
   • Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with product information, pricing, promotions, and store locations.
2. Merchandise Handling:
   • Receive, organize, and process daily shipments in the warehouse area.
   • Ensure merchandise presentation standards are met.
3. Sales Transactions:
   • Process refunds, exchanges, and purchases following company policies.
4. Fitting Room Assistance:
   • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the fitting room area while assisting customers.
5. Other Duties:
   • Support store operations as needed and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Education/Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Skills:
  • Excellent customer service and communication (verbal and written).
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Physical Abilities:
  • Capability to set up and maintain a warehouse environment.

Compensation

• Hourly Range: $17.20 – $18.20/hour*
