We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes, follow up with current employees, assist with administrative tasks, and write reports. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth communication and the application of policies, while working closely with the Customer Support Specialist Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding & Offboarding Support
- Guide employees through appropriate on and offboarding policies.
- Ensure all necessary documentation and processes are completed effectively.
- Employee Follow-ups
- Maintain regular communication with employees regarding their status and any updates.
- Administrative Assistance
- Provide support to the Customer Support Specialist Manager with administrative tasks.
- Write and maintain reports based on employee processes and feedback.
Requirements
- Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support roles (preferred).
- Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer support software.
- Good organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to make decisions and solve problems effectively.
- Other
- Knowledge of customer support laws and regulations is a plus.
- Experience with interview techniques is an advantage.
Work Environment
- Flexible working hours with the possibility to work from home.
- Occasional overtime may be required for project deadlines or attending events and conferences.
