Responsibilities
Your primary responsibility as a Customer Care Agent is to provide exceptional service while addressing customer inquiries and managing their insurance policies. Specific duties include:
- Customer Support:
- Handle customer inquiries related to their insurance policies, billing, and renewals.
- Offer clear, concise information to resolve concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Policy Management:
- Assist customers with policy updates, renewals, and portfolio reviews.

- Building Relationships:

- Administrative Duties:

- Team Collaboration:
- Work on a rotating schedule to ensure agency staffing needs are met.

Qualifications
Allstate values individuals who are passionate about customer service and eager to learn. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- Essential Requirements:
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
- General Insurance License (OTL) or General Level 1 License (or willingness to obtain one).
- Strong computer skills, especially in MS Office applications.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a call center or face-to-face customer service environment.
- Prior knowledge or experience in the insurance industry.
