Digital Marketing Sales & Customer Success Specialist

Green Lotus Digital Marketing Agency, a fast-growing digital marketing firm based in Toronto, is looking for a driven and organized Digital Marketing Sales & Customer Success Specialist to join our remote team. Responsibilities:

In this dynamic role, you’ll balance multiple responsibilities to ensure both client success and agency growth. Key tasks include:

  1. Lead Management & Sales:
    • Handle incoming leads and inquiries, walk potential clients through our service offerings, and close deals.
    • Respond to emails and calls efficiently to convert leads into satisfied customers.
  2. Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the go-to point of contact for inquiries and issues.
    • Conduct monthly SEO meetings with clients to present detailed performance reports, discuss results, and align services with their business goals.
  3. Collaborate with Teams:
    • Work closely with internal teams, including web design and SEO specialists, to ensure seamless project execution.
    • Communicate effectively with the CEO, keeping him informed of upcoming commitments, meetings, and tasks.
  4. Administrative Tasks:
    • Draft meeting notes, conduct research for the CEO, and handle sensitive information with integrity.
    • Track client progress, monitor renewals, and manage all correspondence with professionalism.

Qualifications:

We’re looking for someone with a blend of sales expertise, customer management skills, and digital marketing knowledge. Key qualifications include:

  1. Sales Experience:
    • Minimum of 2 years in sales, specifically for an agency that specializes in SEO and web design.
    • Proven ability to manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  2. Client Relationship Skills:
    • Demonstrated experience in building rapport and maintaining long-term client relationships.
    • Cheerful and positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills to engage with clients and prospects.
  3. Technical Knowledge:
    • Strong understanding of SEO principles and experience working with popular website builders like Wix and Squarespace.
    • Previous experience with CRM software like Pipedrive, Zoho, or HubSpot is essential.
  4. Communication Skills:
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
    • Fluent in English with strong presentation abilities.
  5. Education & Experience:
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
    • Prior experience working with home service businesses or construction companies is a strong asset.
