Solutions Designer – CRM – Senior

Procom is on the lookout for a Senior Solutions Designer – CRM to join our client in the Government Services Sector. This position plays a vital role in designing and implementing technology solutions that meet the business requirements of client CRM applications. Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for crafting innovative solutions to address client needs, ensuring project deliverables are met with high quality. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring you to be at the client location for 2-3 days per week.


Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Solutions Designer – CRM, you will:

  • Design and implement technology solutions that align with client CRM application requirements.
  • Leverage your expertise in enterprise applications to develop effective CRM strategies.
  • Customize and configure CRM platforms, including creating custom fields, workflows, and process automation.
  • Integrate identity provider solutions with Microsoft 365 CRM and other applications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure end-to-end CRM solutions meet business objectives.
  • Analyze data modeling, database design, and data architecture within a CRM context.
  • Utilize programming languages (e.g., C, JavaScript, Apex, Python) to customize and integrate solutions.
  • Implement API integration methods to connect CRM systems with various applications.
  • Provide analytical support, problem-solving strategies, and effective communication to team members and clients.

Mandatory Skills

To be successful in this position, you must have:

  • 10+ years of solution design experience in enterprise applications and solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of CRM platforms, particularly Microsoft Dynamics, including portal technologies such as ADX Studio and PowerApps.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing Microsoft 365 CRM solutions and integrating identity provider solutions.
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing end-to-end CRM solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Proficiency in CRM customization and configuration.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, database design, and data architecture within a CRM context.
  • Experience with programming and scripting languages for customizations and integrations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

While not required, the following skills are beneficial:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in information technology, engineering, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications from CRM platform providers (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications).

Assignment Details

  • Start Date: As soon as possible
  • Duration: Initial assignment for 6 months
  • Location: Toronto, ON – Hybrid work model
