Digital Marketing Manager

Sporting Life Group is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in Woodbridge, ON. This hybrid full-time position is perfect for a creative and results-driven marketing professional who is passionate about sports and lifestyle. You will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies for our iconic Canadian banners: Golf Town, Sporting Life, and Team Town Sports.

Duties

As the Digital Marketing Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Campaign Development: Create and implement effective digital marketing campaigns that align with business goals and drive measurable results.
  • SEM and SEO Management: Oversee search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), and social media campaigns, ensuring seamless optimization and reporting to stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with external media partners and internal marketing teams to develop comprehensive campaign strategies, tactics, action plans, and timelines.
  • E-commerce Optimization: Identify and maintain strategic opportunities for top-selling products, ensuring relevant content is presented to enhance conversion rates and optimize promotions.
  • Programmatic Campaigns: Set up and optimize programmatic campaigns using DV360, DCM, and SA360.
  • Data Utilization: Leverage first-party and third-party data through our Data Management Platform (DMP) to create and target segments effectively.
  • Market Trends: Stay informed on new developments in the digital landscape to improve content delivery and meet business objectives.
  • Affiliate Program Management: Monitor and manage our affiliate programs to maximize exposure and optimize content performance.

Requirements

To be considered for the Digital Marketing Manager position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

  • Experience: 4-5 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in e-commerce and/or retail environments.
  • Agency Experience: Previous experience working in marketing agencies is an asset.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in web analytics and online campaign management, with a solid understanding of measurement and performance metrics.
  • Certifications: Digital marketing or web analytics certifications are beneficial.
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in Google Ads, AdWords Editor, GA4, DV360, and DCM is required.
  • Leadership Abilities: Proven leadership, communication, project management, and organizational skills are essential.
