Inside Sales Representative

MeadowBrook is on the lookout for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our vibrant sales team in Mississauga, ON. This full-time role offers a starting pay of CA$25/hr and provides an exciting opportunity for entry-level candidates eager to kickstart their careers in sales. As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll play a crucial role in prospecting new clients, managing sales pipelines, and supporting our Outside Sales Team with their projects. Key Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll focus on several core areas:

Prospecting and Lead Generation

  • Make outgoing calls to our prospective client database to set up introductory meetings for the Outside Sales Team.
  • Identify new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups and proactive outbound calls and emails.

Pipeline Management

  • Gather and record client needs to build a comprehensive understanding of their requirements.
  • Update and maintain our client database using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
  • Keep accurate records of all interactions with leads and customers in the CRM system.
  • Prioritize the sales pipeline to ensure timely follow-ups with potential clients.

Product Knowledge

  • Research accounts to identify key decision-makers and generate interest in our products and services.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of MeadowBrook’s offerings and how they meet client needs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends to effectively communicate our value proposition to clients.

Proposal Generation

  • Create compelling proposals tailored to potential clients, showcasing how our services can benefit them.
  • Collaborate with the Outside Sales Team to ensure proposals meet specific client requirements.
  • Align proposals with the company’s capabilities and pricing structures.

Negotiation and Closing

  • Route qualified leads to the appropriate Outside Sales Representative for further engagement and negotiation.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

  • Previous inside sales experience is a plus but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a consultative and strategic approach.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset that focuses on client satisfaction.
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to adapt sales strategies as needed.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
