Responsibilities
In your role as a Sales and Customer Relation Specialist, you will:
- Engage Customers: Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat to assist with inquiries, orders, and concerns.
- Product Expertise: Provide detailed product information and recommendations tailored to customer needs.
- Quote Generation: Collaborate with the customer service team to create accurate quotes for clients.
- Order Processing: Process orders efficiently while ensuring precise data entry.

Qualifications

- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of inside sales experience is required.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential; multilingual skills are a plus.
