Job Description
We are seeking Part-Time Security Professionals in Lethbridge, Alberta, to ensure a safe environment for our clients and their property. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Location: Lethbridge
- Salary: $20/hr
- Shifts: Part-time, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
Requirements
- Valid Alberta security guard license.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Intermediate computer skills to operate innovative, wireless technology at client-specific sites.
- Experience in report writing and note-taking.
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License.
- Must be eligible to work in Canada.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- High school diploma or equivalent/GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, climb stairs occasionally, and lift or carry up to 40 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Conduct foot patrols of buildings and surrounding areas.
- Monitor and report suspicious activities and persons.
- Prevent and detect theft or vandalism.
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain daily logs.
- Enforce rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Resolve conflicts calmly and effectively.
- Communicate with team members using radios and cell phones.
- Follow emergency procedures and respond to alarms.
- Uphold safety and security protocols.
