Bravo Tango is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to join their team in Regina, SK. This position is a 12-month maternity leave cover with the potential for a permanent role based on performance and cultural fit.
Responsibilities
As an Account Coordinator, you will:
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between the agency and clients, ensuring ongoing communication and relationship management.
- Project Management: Collaborate with various departments (creative, media, production, and digital) to manage client projects from briefing to completion.
- Timeline Management: Oversee project timelines and milestones, ensuring that projects are on brand, on schedule, and within budget.
- Campaign Coordination: Manage a variety of projects, including:
- Logo and brand identity designs
- Marketing collateral design and production
- Multi-media advertising campaigns
- Social media campaigns
- Corporate video production
- Regular Check-Ins: Conduct regular check-ins with the creative team and other departments to align on strategic objectives and creative development.
