We are seeking a motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our Cellular Router Assembly, Test, and Packout operations. This role is responsible for ensuring production efficiency, maintaining high-quality standards, and managing a skilled team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, a solid background in manufacturing, and an eye for detail, driving the success of our cellular router production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise Operations: Lead and manage the activities of the Cellular Router Assembly, Test, and Packout teams to ensure efficient and quality-driven production.
- Training & Development: Provide hands-on guidance and training to team members on proper assembly, testing, and packaging processes, emphasizing safety and quality.
- Monitor Production: Oversee production schedules and workflows, ensuring targets and deadlines are met.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality inspections and audits, addressing deviations from quality standards and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Process Optimization: Continuously assess and improve production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and material flow to support smooth production operations.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations, including Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) precautions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with departments such as Engineering and Quality Assurance to resolve technical challenges and enhance product quality.
- Team Leadership: Provide performance feedback, identify development needs, and conduct evaluations to foster a high-performance team environment.
- Reporting: Generate reports on production performance, quality metrics, and other key performance indicators for senior management.
- System Compliance: Ensure all equipment, stations, and transactions are in full compliance with Manufacturing Software system requirements.
- Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned to support production objectives.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; relevant experience will also be considered.
- Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with a focus on assembly, testing, and packaging.
- Previous leadership experience in manufacturing, preferably in electronics assembly.
- Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of quality management, assembly, and testing processes.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and manufacturing software systems (e.g., SAP, Agile).
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles.
- Experience conducting quality audits and implementing corrective actions.

Salary & Benefits:
- Salary Range: CAD $53,200 – $83,600
Compensation will be based on job-related qualifications, experience, and other factors.
