Client Support Coordinator (Administrator)

Recruitment Partners Inc. is seeking a Client Support Coordinator (Administrator) for a full-time, hybrid position in Edmonton, AB. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong organizational and customer service skills.

About the Role:

As a Client Support Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for clients regarding software license purchases and basic troubleshooting. This position requires excellent multitasking abilities and a proactive approach to managing administrative priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary administrative contact for client inquiries related to software license purchases and basic troubleshooting, ensuring responses within one business day.
  • Provide initial support for clients experiencing installation issues and simple troubleshooting problems.
  • Create and manage software license codes for new product releases and distribute them to clients.
  • Prepare quotes, track progress, ensure acceptance of software license agreements, and manage product packages for distribution.
  • Support external courses related to various projects managed by the company.
  • Forward client contracts, agreements, and purchase orders to the Contract Administrator for review and approval.
  • Oversee the software license replacement program for clients.
  • Register clients for online demo versions of products and follow up for feedback and potential orders.
  • Coordinate invoice requests with the Finance department for processing.
  • Generate weekly product sales and marketing summary reports.

Qualifications:

  • Accredited Business Diploma or Degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent multi-tasking, planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with proofreading, editing, and formatting expertise.
  • Proven track record of providing excellent customer service to colleagues and international clients.
  • Advanced proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and database software.
  • Attention to detail with a flexible approach to work responsibilities.
